The PV system is installed on two wings of the UNAM Engineering Faculty Building, at the Northern Campus in Ongwediva.
System details for each faculty building are as follows:
Total installed capacity:
Photovoltaic: 37.8kWpeak
Inverter: 36kW peak
subdivided into:
84x 225W SolarWorld SW225poly PV modules
3x 6000W SMA SMC6000A solar inverters
Additionaly to the the PV components two Sunny SensorBoxes are installed for study purposes.
